The Flooring division focuses on the development and production of yarns for textile flooring, offering a complete range of polyamide BCF (Bulk Continuous Filament) yarns. These yarns are used to produce carpets, rugs, and other textile coverings for residential, commercial, and automotive contexts. The quality of Raditex yarns guarantees resistance to wear, easy maintenance, and comes in a wide range of colours and finishes, meeting both the aesthetic and technical requirements of the market.

The research and development laboratories of the Flooring Business Line play a key role in creating innovative solutions for specialised applications. Through continuous exchange of know-how and expertise between R&D teams, it is possible to develop high-performance solutions aligned with our sustainability strategy and the principles of the circular economy.
Flooring Textile Laboratory – Casnigo, Bergamo, Italy
We analyse our yarn production on a daily basis. The checks include tension tests, texturing tests, oil checks and section counts. We also carry out analyses on materials still under development, with a view to guaranteeing high quality and performance standards.
Flooring Chemical Laboratory – Casnigo, Bergamo, Italy
Every day we carry out a series of analyses that are fundamental to the monitoring and control of incoming and outgoing raw materials. Special attention is paid to environmental assessments, such as wastewater analysis. Furthermore, we ensure that our production processes meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability, which includes carrying out tests on the materials during the development phase.
Master Flooring Laboratory – Casnigo, Bergamo, Italy
In our master laboratory, we deal with the analysis and preparation of colours, developing chromatic recipes and verifying their accuracy using a spectrophotometer. We also carry out tests on the materials during development.
