Raditex has set up a reporting portal for individuals (e.g. employees, customers, suppliers, business partners, consultants, collaborators) who, in good faith, wish to report irregular conduct or violations of the Code of Ethics, the Organisational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and the internal procedures adopted by the Group, or any other external regulations applicable to the Group. Reports must be detailed, i.e. based on precise and consistent factual elements. The protection of anyone who submits a report is always guaranteed.
