We provide polyamide, polyester and nonwoven solutions designed to ensure high levels of safety, performance and sustainability. From med-tech yarns for orthopaedic devices and therapeutic supports to nonwoven fabrics for medical applications, our products are quality certified, and offer guaranteed reliability and versatility.
Raditex is dedicated to developing materials that contribute to people’s well-being. Our med-tech range includes a wide selection of items in polyamide and polyester (both virgin and recycled) for the production of medical devices and applications.
Applications
Orthoses / Braces
Braces support the functionality of joints such as the shoulder, knee or ankle. They are used to relieve stress and to stabilise or immobilise the joint in the event of inflammation, injury or surgery.
Soft supports
These aids are ideal for sports injuries and preventive purposes. They help to significantly reduce joint pain whilst promoting mobility.
Compression stockings
Compression stockings are medical devices that stimulate blood flow and help prevent and treat venous disorders.
Bandages
Elastic bandages provide localised pressure, for treating sprains, strains, and fractures. By applying constant compression, they reduce the blood flow which in turn limits swelling and pain. They are also used to secure splints and immobilise fractures, promoting healing.

Personal care products must guarantee excellent technical performance, softness and comfort. Raditex’s non-woven fabric, also available in a bulky 3D version, is the ideal solution for numerous applications: from sheets and pillow cases to textile backing and elastic tabs and front closures for nappies to other disposable products such as gowns and similar items.
Bio-circular version available
The mechanical and isotropic characteristics of Dylar nonwoven fabric, along with its excellent breathability, make it the perfect material for the production of filter media for various applications, including medical masks. Radimelt® nonwoven fabrics, obtained from ultra-fine continuous synthetic filaments with a diameter of between 1 and 5 µm, offer high filtration efficiency; in addition, their low airflow resistance ensures maximum breathability and protection, making them ideal for surgical, FFP2 and FFP3 masks.
