The Apparel & Technical division NOYFIL is focused on the development of continuous filament yarns in PES, PBT, and PLA, available in both undyed and solution-dyed versions.

The Apparel & Technical division NOYFIL is focused on the development and production of continuous filament yarns for upholstery, apparel, and technical applications.
A versatile production setup allows the management of customer-designed products, even in small batches. Through solution-dyeing technology and advanced color development, the division meets the requirements of even the most demanding markets.
We can offer:
• Multiple polymer bases: PET, R-PET, PBT, PLA, bicomponents, cationic
• Combinable functional performances: flame retardant (FR), UV resistance, bacteriostatic properties (BA)
• A wide range of yarn types: POY, SY, FOY, FDY, DTY, ATY, also twisted
• Sustainability measurement of our products (LCA)
All our products are recyclable at end of life.

The research and development laboratories of the Apparel & Technical Business Line play a key role in creating innovative solutions for applications in specific sectors.
Thanks to continuous exchange of know-how and expertise among R&D teams, it is possible to develop high-performance solutions aligned with the sustainability strategy and the principles of the circular economy.
Apparel & Technical Textile Laboratory – Chignolo d’Isola, Bergamo, Italy
We carry out daily checks on our yarns following a well-defined sampling plan. In our laboratory, numerous textile parameters and yarn properties are analyzed to ensure compliance with our standards and consistency over time. We also perform analyses on customers’ fabrics.
Apparel & Technical Textile Laboratory – Stabio, Ticino, Switzerland
We perform quality checks on our yarns intended for drawing, texturizing, and taslanizing, according to a sampling plan to ensure compliance with specifications and product sheets.
Apparel & Technical Color Laboratory – Stabio, Ticino, Switzerland
We carry out daily checks on solution-dyed production using the sock testing technique, both during start-up and throughout the production process.
At the same time, we develop the colors requested by our customers through the creation of dedicated masterbatches.
