Sustainability

Innovation, responsibility, and sustainable growth: a commitment deeply rooted in the textile tradition of our region.

Continuous commitment, tangible actions, and innovation are the foundation of our sustainable journey.

Values

Passion, transparency and growth

A multidisciplinary team of collaborators of different ages and nationalities has shaped the RadiciGroup values. Thanks to governance attentive to people and the environment, plus our distinctive transparency and the integration of different perspectives, we valorise individual contribution and collective growth as much as possible. In this, we are guided by the Code of Ethics – a reference point for our daily actions and decisions.

Sustainability strategy

Enviromental, Social, Governance

“From Earth to Earth” was created from the desire to give back to the Earth the value of what we take from it. It’s a value that comes from nature and people, and that continues to circulate in a never-ending movement of mutual and collective responsibility. Raditex has an active approach that begins with the management of environmental resources, taking care of people and integrating the principles of responsible governance into everyday operations.

Enviromental

At Raditex, we believe in textiles designed to last as long as possible.

Guided by ecodesign, we develop recyclable solutions with a limited impact, promoting responsible and traceable supply chains rooted in Europe.

For us, sustainability is a commitment that grows stronger every day.

We pay close attention to the conscious use of resources, optimizing processes to reduce waste and consumption.
Whenever possible, we choose renewable sources to power our production and services.

Social

We believe that respecting people’s rights is the foundation of an ethical textile supply chain.

We invest in transparency, promote safe and inclusive work environments, and prioritize local suppliers to enhance the know-how of the regions in which we operate.

At the same time, we are committed to the well-being of our team, promoting health, safety, and continuous training.

We believe in the value of people and the richness that comes from diversity: that’s why we support the professional growth of workers of all ages, backgrounds, and origins, encouraging the exchange of skills and intergenerational dialogue.

Governance

An agile structure allows us to respond promptly to market changes, ensuring operational strength and competitiveness.
By integrating ESG criteria into our strategy and operations, we work with transparency and responsibility to create long-term value together with our stakeholders.

We rely on robust management systems to strengthen our governance, ensuring effective processes, structured controls, and a forward-looking vision.

History

The sustainability path

As a division of RadiciGroup, we’ve always made sustainability choices since the 1950s, recycling waste and optimising our production processes.
We continue to sustain the social aspects with investments aimed at protecting health and safety, training people and developing the areas in which our companies operate.

Sustainable products

Solutions that make a difference

We operate in markets that are increasingly focused on sustainability, where climate change, resource scarcity, and carbon footprint reduction demand concrete responses.

For this reason, we have long invested in research and innovation to meet these challenges, transform them into responsible growth opportunities, and in the end present an important portfolio of concrete solutions to both customers and the value chain.

Sustainable approach

Elements that make a difference

These are the principles at the heart of our sustainable approach. They inspire our vision, guide daily decisions, and become tangible drivers of responsible growth.

01

Research and Development

We invest in research and development to deliver new increasingly innovative and sustainable textile solutions.

We collaborate with supply chain partners, institutes, and competence centers to develop cutting-edge materials, processes, and technologies. Sharing know-how allows us to accelerate innovation and anticipate market needs.

02

Circular economy

The circularity of materials has inspired our production since the 1950s, with the recycling of wool waste. Since then, we’ve fostered a more sustainable supply chain through eco-design, 100% recyclable thermoplastics, recycled and bio-based products, and we’ve reduced waste through strategic partnerships, advanced technologies and optimised logistics.

03

Value chain approach

Eco-design and recycling require the involvement of all the players in the value chain. Thanks to our expertise in polymer chemistry, eco-design and life cycle assessment, we collaborate with our partners to deveop sustainable and traceable solutions aligned with ESG principles.

04

Traceability

The growing attention to quality, safety and compliance with regulations makes it essential to accurately trace the origin and transformation of materials, even beyond the borders of our companies. That’s why we track detailed information for each batch, including data on the raw material, the production line, processing, packaging and shipping.
