Mass-dyed PA6 yarn
Radilon® Solution, a mass-dyed PA6 yarn, is extremely comfortable to the touch. With excellent colour fastness, it is an ideal solution for applications requiring high quality and performance. The range is dyed through a single-step dyeing process, in which colour masterbatches are integrated directly into the unfinished polymer before extrusion.
Product features
Lower water consumption
Thanks to the single-step dyeing process, the use of water in downstream processes is significantly reduced.
Energy savings
By eliminating the need for separate dyeing processes, significant energy savings are obtained during the production of fabrics and finished garments.
Reduced emissions
Lower energy consumption leads to a reduction in GWP (Global Warming Potential), especially in the final stages of the production process.

Radilon® Solution maintains its performance over time, and is completely recyclable at the end of its life.
